Escargot Maison ~8
Escargot prepared with garlic and drawn butter.
Served with freshly baked bread.


Samosa Tikki ~6.5
Spicy fried potato cutlets made with green peas, raisins, onions,
ginger, and Indian spices. Served with Date-Tamarind chutney and
Cilantro-Ginger chutney.

Stuffed Bayou Oysters ~9
Oysters on the half shell stuffed with applewood-smoked bacon and
fresh duxell with onion, carrot, and bell pepper.

Cheese Fondue (for two or more) ~7 per person
A delicate blend of French Gruyere and Brie cheeses with
vermouth, kirsch, and a touch of cream. Served with
sliced apples, celery, carrots, and homemade bread.

Indian Sampler ~8.5
Samosa, Papad, Masala Chole, and Dahl accompanied by
Date-Tamarind chutney and Cilantro-Green Chili chutney.

Spinach and Artichoke Dip ~7.5
Fresh spinach and artichoke hearts baked in a rich
Parmesan cheese, and garlic sauce. Served with grilled pita.

Middle Eastern Sampler ~8
Traditional, Roasted Red Pepper, and Green Chili Cilantro Hummus,
Babaganouj, and grilled pita.

Indian Bread Platter ~7.5
A great starter or accompaniment to your Indian meal: Methi khakra, Sago Papad,
Khitchiya, black pepper Papad, and Puri. Accompanied by Cilantro-Green Chili chutney,
Date-Tamarind chutney, and Green Mango Chundho.

Dahl ~5
A traditional Indian spicy lentil soup seasoned with ginger,
cilantro, tamarind, and other spices.

Walnut, Pear, and Gorgonzola Salad ~7
Sliced pears, walnuts, and Gorgonzola on a bed of
Mesclun greens with Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Caesar Salad ~6
Crisp hearts of romaine tossed in a classical
Caesar dressing with croutons and Parmesan cheese.

Living Bibb Salad ~7
Fresh living Bibb lettuce, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion,
crowned with a creamy Buttermilk, Feta cheese, and fresh Dill dressing.
